This is a great part-time or full-time independent contractor position. We offer full online training for our travel consultants that leaves them confident in selling travel to friends, family, new clients, and more!

THIS IS A SALES & COMMISSION ONLY POSITION.
We are seeking Motivated and Driven Sales Professionals ready to succeed in our growing organization.
Candidates must be self motivated, goal oriented and driven! This is a work from home position so internet access via cell phone, laptop or computer is required. This is an Independent Contractor position.
You are paid on an agreed upon commission amount (as stated in your contract) when you book travel for clients, friends, & family.
WHAT DO LTW TRAVEL DESIGNERS DO?
Arrange routine and complex international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, travel itineraries, air, car, hotels, and activities utilizing a variety of Vendors and Booking Systems
Become a destination expert and help guide our customers based on their needs and preferences.
Offer excellent customer service to develop your own personal book of business.
Arrange customized and private group travel inquiries
Provide optimum customer service while coordinating travel policy responsibilities; effective use of computer systems and exceptional telephone service techniques
Build and leverage relationships with peers, vendors, and suppliers
Research and resolve client inquiries

We charge a fee of $449 for administrative costs including registration with suppliers, online training and chat support, your online tools, and more. This is a one-time registration fee.
Each year you are charged $199 per year for on-going administrative fees (unless you have booked $150,000 gross sales or more qualifying commission producing reservations under LTW Travel). If you would like to add an extension to our company line for phone calls that will ring to your mobile phone, there is an additional charge of $75 per year (optional).

Commissions are paid after your clients have completed their travels. This is when most all of our suppliers pay commission to us. You will receive 50% (or 60% if you successfully completed training) of the commission on each of your bookings. All payments are paid via direct deposit. You will log your commissions via the commission sheet provided to you by the administrative team.

No. You can book as much or as little as you would like to per year, however; each year you are charged $199 per year for on-going administrative fees (unless you have booked $150,000 gross sales or more qualifying commission producing reservations under LTW Travel).

We provide leads at our discretion but encourage our travel consultants to obtain their own leads and clients. Based on performance, we will distribute company leads, and determine continuing that distribution based on the close rate. Lead commission may be different than your regular commission split.

We have an interactive online training program that will teach you the very basics of selling travel. We also utilize the tools of some of our suppliers training programs to teach our agents as well. We provide webinars to our agents as well as an internal knowledge base for agents to find the answers to many of the questions that they may have.

Once processed and registered for training begin the training process (Remember if completed satisfactory within 30 days your commission will increase by 10%)
Start Selling Travel
Commissions are paid twice per month on reservations. Commissions are paid AFTER your clients have traveled.
